Cancellation and No Show Policy
If Guests are unable to keep their scheduled appointment,
we would appreciate a call at least 24hours in advance.
This allows our team to fill that space in their schedule with a guest that may be trying to get in.
In the case of two cancellations or "no shows" with less than 24 hours notice,
we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
We also reserve the right to ask the guest to provide a credit card to book any future appointments over 1hour.
